Our spacious townhouse in Cypress Pointe is the perfect place for your next getaway to Gainesville. We are offering 3 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. This home also features a few different outdoor spaces to kick back and enjoy the Florida weather, including a community pool! Conveniently located off of Interstate 75, making it easy to get to restaurants, entertainment, or the many nature parks in the area.
*Please note - This home's occupancy is 6 people maximum, no exceptions*
This cute condo is conveniently located right across from the complex pool! Upon entering the home, guests will see a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to whip up a yummy meal. We have recently purchased new living room sofas that house a full-sized bed for those with larger groups. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a bathroom where guests can sprawl out and get cozy! Please enjoy our back porch and listen to the sounds of nature as you kick back with a good book. Lastly, our washer and dryer are open to guests and are located off the back porch. The key is on the fridge.
Guests will have access to the entire unit. Guests will not be sharing homes or rooms with other guests. There is one locked closet that guests will not have access to - we keep extra supplies and tools in this closet.
This location is under 5 minutes from the Oaks Mall and local restaurants.
Under 15 minutes to the University of Florida campus and it's teaching hospitals.
And about 20 minutes from the Gainesville Regional Airport.

Overall, the stay was okay. The property was older and more “tired” than pictures indicated. The drain in one bathroom shower hadn’t been cleaned, as there was a wad of hair in the shower. There were no backups for toilet paper and no tissue boxes. Soap pumps were hard to use. The outdoor carpeting on the front patio was ripped and unsightly. The balcony off one bedroom was unusable.Communication with the host was very good, and check-in was easy.
