El nivel de limpieza y la atención de Lara.
Algo sin mucha importancia: deben revisar la alfombra de baño y las sábanas bajeras, tienen un color que parece suciedad, las lavamos pero no sale.

Requested an early check in and that was accepted, but the actual handover was late, past the normal check in time.
The deposit process was a complete pain in the as***, I hate when companies use the threat of loosing a large deposit to scare you into buying additional insurance. It does not cost I.e. €500 to replace a broken glass or plate, yet the assertion is clear in their warding. Then you have to take time at the start and end of your holiday taking an itinerary of everything you may accidentally damage with out any guidance. And good look with loading all the photos one at a time! We have better things to do with our precious time when we should be relaxing and not worrying about loosing a deposit for what most people consider miner accidental breakages.
