The apartment was clean and comfortable and felt really secure. The pool was a good size with plentiful sunbeds. Great location.

No air con - although there was a fan.

Accommodation very central. Local ( 5 minutes) to all ammenities and nightlife however complex itself very quiet. Ideal.

The accommodation is ground floor. Ideal coming off a flight with suitcases to carry. No stairs to deal with. The accommodation looks onto the pool. The complex appears to be all privately owned and so those staying are vetted or residents who own apartments. The complex is very secure. Various keys and fob for access which for a lone traveller was ideal for reassurance. The pool is great size. Always loungers available. Atmosphere in complex is very calm and relaxing. Ideal for a family of 4 with young children as well as pool not overcrowded. Enjoyed sitting in patio area reading book and listening to a couple of young children playing in pool excited. The accommodation was ideal. I can honestly not fault the accommodation. Clean and tidy and provide the essentials expected in a self catering option. When booking the accommodation they do ask that you provide a deposit ( not charged to card) for security. I was slightly anxious about this initially however understand the reasons behind request from the host. I simply provided pictures of my accommodation on leaving and as long as you leave the accommodation as you expect to find it and be respectful to host and agent there is no problems at all. Lara was my contact. She was absolutely amazing and helped me through the process.of booking until leaving. Lara added me on WhatsApp and asked me when my flight arrived. With booking.com access is normally 4pm. Lara asked me when flight arrived and allows me in early at 1230, meeting me at accommodation and at no extra charge. Hotels in tenerife normally access to room is 3pm. Coming off a flight at 11am and access to room at 1230 was a god send and much appreciated. On leaving I asked lara for advice on taxi. She sent me link and travelling back to airport was seamless.

Great location: Close to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, but still quiet and peaceful at night. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Private parking: No need to waste time looking for a spot on the street.

WiFi Issues: The internet is unreliable, making it impossible to work or have video calls. No Air Conditioning: Manageable in November/December, but could be a major issue during summer. Unexpected Deposit: Be prepared to pay a €500 deposit, even if not mentioned during the booking process; you may need to spend time contacting the booking help center to resolve it.

Great location, secure, quiet. Great Supermarket 10 mins walk, close to many good bars and restaurants but very quiet once in. Round the corner from bus stop. No problems getting sun beds like some other reviews said. Well equipped for self catering basis.

Door handle to patio was broken and care had to be taken to not make it worse. Couch had seen better days: very loose, squeaky and uncomfortable. TV was not smart and had 1/2 channels in English only. Very early check out time with no option to leave luggage (we had a late flight home) Tired in some areas (paint in bedroom under window), curtain pole taped together. Not dealbreakers but definitely things that could/should be looked at.
