Emmas Rare Find by Beyond Expectations w Hot Tub

This house was amazing. Walking in felt like coming home. The layout of the house was perfect, everyone was so comfortable. The location was so convenient to everything we were visiting. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

The only downside was the amount of poison oak covering the sitting area out back.

The property was in a great location! Far enough out to enjoy the quiet, but a fantastic driving distance to downtown pigeon forge.

Upon arrival to the property, we noticed many things that weren’t clean or obviously not touched by the cleaners at all. There was a lengthy list of things we found in the house that were not disposed of/cleaned prior to our arrival. The hot tub was cold when arriving (which they stated it might be due to be drained and cleaned/refilled) but the hot tub never got warm. They sent out a maintenance person to check it and he stated he fixed it and also had someone come back to clean it because it was never cleaned but it continued to never work our entire length of stay, so that was a bummer. The other reason we booked this house is because we had a large group with 5 of them being children so the bunk bed room was perfect. The bunk beds were in poor shape and very shakey, almost to what I would describe as unsafe.
