The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to the old town and a supermarket nearby. The accommodation was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Natalie was amazing to deal with.

The host was exceptionally responsive throughout the whole booking. Very communicative and responsive. The property has everything you need from the kitchen with a stove, microwave, iron and ironing board and a washing machine. Plenty of room for a family. Nice hot water for the shower. Comfy beds and the central heating worked very well to make the apartment very comfortable with the temperature easing down with the approaching winter. Very quiet location with no passers by or traffic as in a dead end street. We had minor issues with the water due to the city maintaining the water mains but the host ensured everything was okay and kept us abreast of the timings when the water would come back on. In short this is a great place to stay and has secure private parking behind your own easily accessible gate and driveway. A short 5 minute walk into town (there are some steps but not too many) this is an ideal and comfortable place to stay.

Only area of improvement is the curtains are not blackout curtains in the main bedroom. There is a street lamp at the front of the property that does throw light into the main bedroom at night. Not an issue for the second bedroom. If you need a completely darkened room at night this might be an issue.the host is aware and expressed a desire to improve anything they could with the property. This was a very minor issue and given the responsiveness of the host to every communication that we had if we are coming back to Sarajevo we would stay here again without hesitation.
