La Poarta Cetății

The property is comfortable, immaculate and very spacious. The hosts, who live in the adjacent house, were very friendly and accommodating. There was a welcome bottle of wine and a basket of snacks. Fully equipped kitchen that seats 6. Spacious bedrooms upstairs. Two baths with showers, one on lower level. Nice sheltered front porch with table & chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Secured gated parking. There is a wonderful gelato shop next door. If I ever return to Alba Iulia I would happily stay here again.

Wasn't a factor for me, but many steps to second floor (high ceilings) would be a factor for someone with compromised mobility. The hosts have thoughtfully installed motion lights for both flights of stairs and the upstairs hall.

Really nice host, the location was perfect and the house very clean. Would definitely recommend it!

Everything was good.
