Great location in an absolutely beautiful town. Hosts were helpful and responsive and there was even classical music playing on the radio as we walked in, which gave the whole place an air of magic.
Parking wasn't ideal, as there's street parking and several car parks but all are paid. Street parking is free overnight but paid for during the day. Not crazy expensive or anything, but worth bearing in mind if driving.

There was a weird sound ALL night like cupboards opening i have no idea where from but some ear plugs soon sorted that out

Great location ,cosy well executed furnishings.
Not a big problem but the communal hallway and stairs were dirty. Bedside cabinet in room was broken so the break was highlighted with wide packing tape . The shower had very low pressure ,could do with looking at . I stayed here when it was newly available and was very impressed mayb needs refresh.
