No 2 Minhinnick Court

Lovely 1-bed flat - very quiet, nicely decorated, exceptionally clean and well kitted out for our 4-day stay. We had no problems collecting the key from a lockbox with instructions from our host. The bed was comfortable, and our teenager had no complaints about the sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom with shower was spotless - make sure to bring your own shower gel, but plenty of toilet paper was left out for guests. We felt the photos didn't do the place justice, it was larger and more modern than we had expected. Although it is in a busy area of flats, private parking right outside was a huge bonus in Tavistock, and we loved being only a few steps from the high street with its independent coffee shops, restaurants (Taylor's was particularly good), shops and Pannier market for crafts and gifts. An easy 10-minute drive on to Dartmoor meant this was a perfect base for us, and we will happily stay here again.

We had booked for 3 people but there was no bedding left out for our teenager on the sofa bed - fortunately we found the "spares" cupboard with extra bedding and didn't have to bother our host.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from town centre...restaurants, shops, pubs etc. Well appointed apartment with handy parking space right outside.

Living room would benefit from a larger dining table with perhaps a small coffee table.

Great location with your own parking space The flat was just the right size for 2 adults. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was immaculately clean Great shower as well.

Nothing really with the property other than we could have done with an extra couple of towels. The car satnav took us to the top of the street the flat was on but it's a one way system so we had to go the long way around. It was a little difficult to find the flat but once we did it was spot on

The property was very clean, easy parking and location good if you are prepared to travel! It had everything you needed for self catering

The bed was a little uncomfortable could feel the springs & the sofa is very uncomfortable however this wouldn’t put us off from staying again There is not much to do in Tavistock itself but plenty of other beautiful places to visit if prepared to travel
