    Resort is far. Suitable for family with young kids. Room was fantastic and breakfast spread was good. The public bath was good except that some young kids are running around which is very disturbing since is a place for relaxation.

    Very expensive hotel during summer time. old rooms but facilities and services was good. Has arrival drinks and night drinks during our stay. Would recommend off peak season if they still offers nightly drinks.

    Many pools, 3 slides! My kids enjoy playing at the pool. free and paid beach activities were also provided at hotel but we didn’t have time to enjoy. It took time to wait for laundry as there were many guests. Overall it’s a place for fun with kids.

    Like other reviews mentioned, this hotel seems to cater to families with small children. There were lots of Japanese guests and it was apparent that they let loose on their vacation! The complimentary daily social drinks and snacks were a nice touch, and the buffet was decent. However, we wouldn’t stay here again. The elevators are far too small and slow, making them crowded and frustrating. The pool area doesn’t have enough lounge chairs or lazy river tubes, and the beach isn’t on the resort. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The washrooms, including the one in our room, smelled strongly of urine, which made us question the sanitation. The room was upgraded and the bed was comfortable but the balcony was old and dirty. The staff were generally friendly, especially the Japanese lady at the information desk who went above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately, the non-Japanese male staff member at the information desk was consistently unfriendly. We also had to waste time resolving an incorrect room charge at checkout, even though we had already paid. Guest behaviour also made the stay less enjoyable, although that’s not the hotel’s fault. People cut in line, wore swimwear into the restaurant, took reserved tables and parents allowed children to run and scream early in the morning. Overall, there were a few positives, but too many issues for us to return.
