    Stayed for a night whist touring. Good value, and a loveky onsen. However you are comitted to the hotel facilities. Its not close to anything else. Id recommend booking with meals.

    Value for Money for family vacation in this area but we’d recommend improved facilities in the room (water system including toilets and shower) and overall air conditioning system. Loved the onsen facilities and buffet breakfast and dinner (but dinner was expensive for not drinking alcohol and for vegan).

    The hotel greatly exceeded my expectation the staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and bed was remarkably comportable . The bathroom was extremly clean and the breakfast selection was delicious.

    Solo traveler with no car, and Likes privacy away from kids...this hotel is a nightmare! Not only did i have to walk 2km from busstop with my luggage...it was all along road. Then you arrive to huge parking lot because everyone who japanese drives here with their family for free lounge food/booze, and the pool. Reception greeted me with a ticket to que behind 60 other grouos waiting to check-in? Hardly any english speakers, so you just sweat in this overcrowded family lounge with kids running around for 60min or more. The room was outdated with aging walls, rug, and windows are single pane and do not close all the way. Noise of the wind plus people below was non stop even thru the night. Even the hallways had noise of kids running up and down...but worst part was cleaning service. Foreigners from India talking on cellphones or yelling throughout the day to each other from 10am til 4pm. There is no peace in this hotel. Elevators stop at every floor with people waiting in ques on floor 1 cause its just slow. Breakfast..starts at 7:00am, arrive at 7:10am to find a line of 100 people. My turn 20 min later was another ticket with number 40 on it, meaning i had to wait for 40 groups to eat and keave before i could sit down to it...another 45min later. The cleaning staff should be fired, and manager of hotel should be fired for this clownfest of a hotel!
