Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Die Lage ist Super und sehr Zentral. Das eine Tiefgarage mit Stellplatz vorhanden ist und ein Aufzug. Die Wohnung war gut und die Dachterrasse ist Super mit der Aussicht.
Zum einem ist mit entsprechenden Lärm von der Straße und feiernden Leuten am Wochenende einzukalkulieren. Schön wäre auf der Dachterrasse ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen zum Frühstücken und sitzen. Ein zweiter Nachtisch am Bett und noch eine zusätzliche Kommode. Ein paar freundliche Bilder.

Superb location, right in city center with everything just around you. Roof terrace is really nice and offers privacy and great views of the city. Easy and free parking in the building's own underground parking. Safe and well guarded apartment.
Given the location right in the city center, there is of course some noise. We did not mind that much, but the location might not suit everyone.

Lage top, alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Lichtschalter nur am Eingang, keine Nachttischlampen und nur ein Nachttisch. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt steht kein Reinigungsgerät zur Verfügung. Sauberkeit nicht 100%, keine Fußmatten, gerade wenn man von der Dachterrasse rein geht. Weg vom Parkhaus zum Aufzug schlecht zu finden. Spartanisch eingerichtet.
