The house is very big and very good for 4-5 people. The location is also very good. Comfortable house.

The company that runs the property should appoint someone to answer clients. When we arrived at the property at 21.00 o’clock, we followed all instructions how to open the main door, but the electric system that opens the main door was broken and we had to call all the neighbors of the building to come down and open the door for us manually. We tried to call the company several times but nobody answered and that was very frustrating. Thank god one of the neighbors came down and opened the door to allow us in and then we were able to collect the keys that were inside the building in the second floor. So I understand that is not company’s fault that the door was broken but they should consider other options for guests to check in.

Overall it was good, great location next to the tram, and the place is clean,

but there were two problems. First, the cold: during our December stay, the boiler shut off for several hours each day, so the apartment was often freezing, which isn't ideal when it's 3°C outside, and even the hot water from the tap was affected. The other issue was the noise from the tenants across the hall; they were making noise until 4 am, shouting, yelling, and singing, even though the rules state that we must respect quiet hours between 8 am and 10 pm. We asked them to turn the volume down, but they didn't.
