Geräumige Wohnung, neues großes Bad. Schlüssel per Schlüsselsafe erhalten und abgelegt. Handtücher waren vorhanden. Parkplätze in der Nähe der Wohnung an der Straße verfügbar.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Dreifamilienhaus. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr vermüllt und muffig. Die Wohnungstür schließt nicht vernünftig, die Zarge ist schadhaft. Dadurch kein sicheres Gefühl. Direkt unter dem einen Schlafzimmerfenster stehen zahlreiche Mülltonnen, was bei geöffnetem Fenster natürlich entsprechend riecht. Die Küche ist sehr klein.
