Le logement est très bien équipé et proche de salou et de port aventura. La terrasse est très grande. La piscine avec gardien est top.
L’hôte laisse aux résidents le soin de faire la vaisselle en quittant le séjour, mais il ne vérifie pas sa propreté (assiettes moisies, moustiques morts et poêle incrustée de gras). Le logement est bruyant : depuis l’intérieur, les bruits des voisins résonnent beaucoup. Le salon ne dispose de volets que sur une seule des trois fenêtres, ce qui entraîne un réveil matinal, bien que le canapé soit, lui, confortable.
