Zakątek Krupówki - Apartamenty w Centrum

Piękne, czyste i świetnie urządzone mieszkanie z klimatyzacją w samym centrum miasta. Wokół znajduje się pełna infrastruktura – wszystko, czego potrzeba, jest na miejscu. Gospodarz niezwykle pomocny i szybki w komunikacji. Było bardzo miło, szczerze polecam!

A szállás Zakopane legjobb helyén található a Krupowki legelején. Minden nagyon közel van ami nekünk számított éttermek, boltok: Biedronka Lidl, parkok, a piac ,Gubalowka, vasútállomás, buszpályaudvar egyszóval minden nagyon közel van. A szálláson zárt udvarban tudtuk hagyni a kocsit ez számunkra nagyon fontos. A ház négy apartmanból áll kényelmes kis ékszerdoboz mi négyen voltunk két felnőtt és két gyerek 10 és 12 évesek kényelmesen elfértünk. Jól felszerelt tv, mikro, mosogatógép, tűzhely, vasalódeszka. Központi de mégis csendes hely. A tulajdonostól telefonon egyeztetünk és meg kaptuk az utasítás hogy jutunk be a házba ez is egyszerűen ment. Mindenkinek ajánlom fantasztikus szállás.

While our stay was generally fine, the lack of communication from the owners significantly impacted our experience. The owner did not respond to any messages on Booking.com, so we had to call every time we needed assistance or information. For example, upon arrival, there were no instructions on how to enter the building, forcing us to call the owner to get the passcodes. It would have been much more convenient if this information had been provided in advance. Additionally, despite requesting the Wi-Fi password via WhatsApp and Booking.com messages, we never received it. We also experienced issues with the air conditioning, which wasn’t working properly and made the room uncomfortably hot. Although the owner promised to respond within five minutes, it took about an hour before she informed us that a technician would come the next morning. Unfortunately, we received no follow-up communication about whether the issue had been resolved, and the A/C worked only sporadically. It felt like once you’re there, you’re largely left to manage any problems on your own. There were also some minor improvements that could enhance the apartment's comfort, such as fixing the broken coffee grinder, installing a shelf in the shower cubicle, raising the kitchen lamp to avoid bumping our heads, providing bottled water in the fridge, and leaving a welcome card with important information like the Wi-Fi password, coffee machine instructions, and emergency numbers.
