Everything is beyond expectations - wonderful staff, great organisation, tasty food, nostalgic music videos in the bar, clean facilities.. There is even a downhill shortcut to the hotel from Hatsukaishi Ski Slopes behind Twin Tower Hotel Ishiuchi!!! Great stay for family with young children!
The communal fridge can be larger 😉

Easy to understand staff. Nice dining room. Snow.
Scheduled bath time. One time slot per room. Could only shower at night. Told was no food the first night so walked 2km in cold rain to find a tiny place we could eat at. Shuttle bus from train was confusing so got on wrong bus and had to get a taxi. Paper thin walls, no handrail on steep stairs inside building and low ceilings.
