Розташування квартири чудове — дуже близько до пляжу та набережної Кальпе. У квартирі чисто й охайно, а з балкона відкривається гарний краєвид. Загалом враження залишилися дуже позитивні.
Квартира розташована досить високо — на третьому поверсі без ліфта, тому для літніх людей, людей з обмеженими можливостями або сімей із маленькими дітьми це може бути не надто зручно. Через крики чайок інколи було доволі шумно. Особливо докучав собака вдень, який мешкав десь неподалік — чи то в сусідньому будинку, чи в сусідній квартирі — і майже постійно скиглив. Це викликало співчуття до тварини.Через це доводилося зачиняти вікна, однак при зачинених вікнах у кімнаті ставало занадто спекотно для комфортного сну.
