Die Lage war gut. Die Anlage hat einen schönen großen Pool mit Fitnesscenter. Der Eigentümer war vor Ort und immer erreichbar.
Die Ausstattung des Apartments war nicht ganz vollständig. Am Bett fehlte ein Nachttisch mit Beleuchtung. Es war nur eine Deckenlampe vorhanden. Die Fernsehkabelanschlußdose hatte einen Wackelkontakt. Auf dem Balkon ist ein Netz gespannt, für die Abwehr von Tauben.

エアポートバスのターミナルやスーパーマーケットがとても近く、またソンテウのルート上にあるので、安い料金でパタヤ中心街まで行くことができる。とても便利な場所にありながら、コンドミニアムの敷地はとても広く、ゆったりとした雰囲気が漂っている。また部屋は12階にあるので、とても見通しが良く、海も見ることができる。部屋は、新しくはないが十分な広さがあり、特に問題は無い。快適に滞在できました。
建築されてから20数年経っているようで、施設の老朽化はやむ得ないが、特に大きな問題はなかった。
