La struttura è nella via principale di Ficarazzi, quindi con bar e negozi di vario tipo a disposizione e il parcheggio in strada è gratuito e disponibile. Ci è stata data una camera più grande di quella prenotata e questo ci è stato decisamente utile per stare più comodi. Al primo piano con un bagno nuovo con finestra e ampia doccia e vari asciugamani. Acqua calda e fredda sempre presenti (non scontato in molte località siciliane). Letto e cuscini in lattice / memory foam comodissimi e lenzuola morbide. Piccolo frigo comodo per tenere acqua al fresco. Gestore molto disponibile e gentile.
Dato il periodo, ha iniziato a fare molto caldo all'esterno quindi la stanza si scalda in fretta e il climatizzatore fatica un po' a tenere il fresco. L'insonorizzazione della stampa è adeguata (con la finestra chiusa) mentre dal bagno arriva un po' di rumore. Da tenere in conto quindi dato che la strada è abbastanza trafficata.

Le propriétaire est agréable et arrangeant car nous avions eu du retard.
La qualité de l'insonorisation est très mauvaise et on entend tous les bruits de la rue en dessous. Il n'y a pas d'aération dans la salle de bains et il y fait très chaud.
