The rooms spacious and we enjoyed the pool

They could add paving so that when you step out the pool you don’t step into sand/mud

Very clean and very spacious. Looks even better in person than on the pictures. Host was very helpful and kind. Made sure to assist us when we got lost. Even went the extra mile to check on us. Staff was friendly and very helpful as well.

Literally all my needs and wants were met. No complaints here.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with added security and lots of secure parking and a friendly receptionist. Thanks for the pap & meat! It is within easy distance of Pilanesberg national park.

My mistake but I had a real problem finding the property as the Booking.com directions are hopeless! However the very friendly and helpful lady running the establishment went out of her way to meet us and show the way.

Trotz Ankündigung am Vortag, dass ich zwischen 18.00 und 19.00 Uhr an der Unterkunft bin, unterwegs voraussichtlich keine WhatsApp empfangen kann und Rückantwort, dass dies ok ist, war keiner da und das Tor verschlossen! Nach meinem Anruf warte ich noch ca. 15 Minuten im Auto vor der Unterkunft im Dunkeln bis jemand kam. Mabel, die Angestellte, war sehr nett und sehr bemüht! Leider war für mich ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss vorbereitet, obwohl ich extra eins im Obergeschoss gebucht und dafür auch mehr bezahlt hatte. Mabel rief die Eigentümerin an und es wurde ein Zimmer im OG eingebettet. Inzwischen war auch der Nachtwächter eingetroffen. Wie sich rausstellte, war ich der einzige Gast. Eigentlich hatte ich zwei Nächte gebucht. Nach den Ereignissen reiste ich am nächsten Tag ab und bat um Gutschrift des Übernachtungspreises für die zweite Nacht. Ich erhielt aber nicht einmal eine Antwort!
