Cleanliness and quietness
The key box was very challenging. Opening it and putting back the keys was difficult, but the security was very helpful.

Great location, close to major mall and close to the beach, spacious environs
No back up Power experienced 2 outages
WiFi outage on the entire day 2, outside load shedding
Some broken glass picked on carpet from prior stay
Housekeeping was done hurriedly and not thorough
No replenish bathroom supplies

The location was perfect, enjoyed it very much.
The apartments are good, they just need to be cleaned properly. There were cocraoches, the mat in the sitting area had a bad smell so it made the whole apartment to smell bad so it made it harder for us to stay indoors and enjoy the apartment. We couldn't even cook.
