This place was a gem. Well maintained, thoughtfully laid out, and stocked with all the amenities we needed. The space felt just right cozy without being cramped, with enough room to relax and spread out. Loved the smart cabinetry and storage that kept everything organized. The host was so kind and checked in often to make sure we had everything, which really made us feel at home. Perfect location too we were steps from St. Peter’s, the Vatican, and a easy trip to the Colosseum. Already miss it.

Nothing to dislike about the property. The only downside was our stay being just three days. We wish we’d booked a full week.

We have stayed in many apartments over the years, and Vincenzo and Caterina are truly among the warmest and most thoughtful hosts we have ever met. Long before our arrival, they sent us a wonderful list of their favourite restaurants, cafés and bars in Rome. We loved these recommendations and managed to try several of them. Unfortunately, we simply didn't have enough time to visit them all, which is something we'll definitely do on our next trip. On the day we arrived, Iulia was already waiting for us downstairs. She kindly helped us carry our luggage up to the apartment and I should mention that our suitcases were extremely heavy! We really appreciated her help. The apartment was already cooled with the air conditioning before we arrived, which felt amazing during the unusually hot weather this summer. The apartment also had a lovely fragrance that we all noticed immediately. Our son even asked if we could make our home smell just like this! They also welcomed us with a bottle of wine, biscuits, and an incredible amount of coffee capsules. I'm not exaggerating,there were two large jars completely full, plus two extra boxes as backup! What touched us the most was their generosity after learning that we were continuing our journey to Sicily. They kindly offered to let us stay in the apartment until it was time to leave for our flight, even after check-out. We didn't expect such a thoughtful gesture, and it meant a lot to us. Rome is a fascinating and beautiful city, but Vincenzo and Caterina made it feel even warmer and more welcoming. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome, and there is no doubt that it will be our first choice when we return.
