O apartamento é bastante confortáve e preservado (com exceção de uma cama, que faz muito barulho), bem localizado, bons utensílios, fácil acesso ao vaticano, ônibus, centro de Roma.
Há 2 banheiros, mas se ligar os 2 chuveiros, um não vai esquentar. Muita burocracia na entrada e saída. Administrador, quer fotos das pessoas e documentos, vídeos na saída. Acredito que se quer controlar, que uma pessoa então faça o check-in, check-out. Esses foram os únicos pontos negativos. Entendo que são regras da Itália enviar documentos, mas foto das pessoas e vídeo na saída, já é excesso. A comunicação é via WhatsApp e não pelo canal do Booking.com.

The air conditioning worked! Clean and Spacious apartment in a great location, so many great restaurants near by and grocery store. Beds were comfortable. Hot water heater stopped and someone was over in less than 30 minutes to fix it.
A few squeaks in one bed and couch could be updated…Very minor complaints.
