The location is very good right on the water. The Jetty is great for fishing . The deck is good for relaxing and having a drink . Very quiet neighbourhood .
Stairs leading off deck down to the jetty are unsafe . They need repairing or replacing . Steps are coming loose and possibly the timber rotting . Only one bedroom had a ceiling fan . Only one aircon in the house which does not cool the whole house. Timber on jetty bench seat is rotting and broken making seat unsafe to sit on . Not enough room to turn vehicle around Infront of house parking area , had to reverse out of long driveway every time we left the property.
