hard to check in. we stayed hours outside because they didnt send the reservation number (aside from the booking confirmation here in agoda). We wasted so much time.
Yeah, everything is online, open the door thru the website so if you dont have internet, you’re doomed.
Customer service thru phone was not working as well so you’re lucky if they replied thru email as soon as possible because if not, you have to wait for hours too.
I also requested to adjust their central heating because its so hot even if you open the window, they said OK but then we already checkout but still the same.

Despite being a shared bathroom, there were many that in close proximity of where your room is. The bathroom and bedroom was very clean and basic, very good for a quick in and out.
The check in can be confusing but after reading reviews and seeing you can do it from the website reassured me and after some trial and error, I found my room and got used to using my phone as my card.
The pillow was rock hard but the extra provided cushion + the feeling of being tired allowed me to sleep without having any issues.
I liked the touch of the water fountain in the main area.
