Its a really good place but on the weekends very noisy, this isn't the fault of the building but Osaka Bay area has a lot of motorbikes late at night.
The staff are excellent and very helpful. Think the building should provide earplugs for people though. Or bring your own, it gets very loud some nights.

The hotel has elevator and near station to travel easily Tempozan Ferris Wheel and Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan.
Twin room is very clean and bed condition so good.
The host and staff are very kind, so that we have good experience for osaka trip.
We'll look forward again this hotel and recommend for visitors.

I came in late from Tokyo, but the receptionist waited for me to check in after I called in that I was running late.
Service was good. Room was cozy, Bed was comfortable.

The front staff was very nice. The hotel is near the station, so it’s convenient to travel in Osaka. They gave us a room that was not clean, but switched us out. Beds were big but not that comfortable. You can hear every sound. People talking. The train running every 5 minutes. People riding their motorcycles loudly all night. It’s one of the more affordable hotels in the area, but I would personally not stay again.
