Very clean and well stocked, happy to find items we forgot stocked for use. The location was great for family gathering. Only issue we had was initially locating the home drove by it house numbers are small and hard to see. Definitely looking to stay again when in area for family. Very pleased for our 1st VRBO stay so much bettet than a hotel more family time

Very clean. Beyond very well stocked with anything you may have forgotten. Owner is very good at communication. Would stay here again. We trailered our 4-wheelers to near by ATV trailheads. Had a great time.

This property was the perfect location in the “Heart of the Alleghenies”. Short drives to many different areas of the forest. The house was very clean and well stocked with many unexpected extras! It had everything we needed. We will go back again.

Our stay with our pets was fantastic! The back yard was fenced in and there’s hardwood floors throughout! The fridge was stocked with water and beverages and a nice bowl of candy on the counter! The host left us notes about the WiFi and his cell phone number in case we needed anything!

We needed a last minute place to stay while visiting family and Tom was kind enough to accommodate our request for a reservation. The house was comfortable, nicely decorated and very well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

Well stocked residence near varied hiking trails. Owner left hiking maps and suggestions that were much appreciated. Kitchen supplies were exceptional. Only negatives were location right on a heavily traveled road, and living room chairs not comfortable to sit in.

We had a very pleasant stay. The rental was very clean, with a nice simple layout, perfect for what we were looking for. My only complaint is partially my fault, we arrived after dark, in the rain and the house number was hard to find in the low visibility conditions.

The home was fully stocked with mamy extras in the kitchens from storage bags, tin foil, paper bowls and plates. They had glass dishes too along with regular silverware, but it was nice to see they had these things. The fridge also was fully stocked with condiments and they had pancake mix and a fully stocked spice rack. Our only concerns were the bathrooms. The master bath shower floor is very soft around the drain and we were worried it would fall through. The other bath ceiling has water damage and was also leaking when we arrived. It was raining that day too but those were our only issues. The laundry was a nice size and we were able to wash all our clothes in just a couple loads. Overall we were pretty comfortable and the host was super nice when i spoke with them on the phone.

This is the cutest little stay with lots of sleeping areas, grill, blender, Keurig coffee maker with cups or drip coffee, foreman grill, comfy couches, etc We hiked the area and was a perfect spot to stay and crash after a busy day. The host was just awesome, answered all my questions very quickly. Would definitely stay again!

The home was very nice, clean, and renewed. It was a pleasant stay which our dog enjoyed as well due to the small gated area we could let him out into. We had contacted the owner a couple of times, and he was always quick to answer. We would absolutely stay here again!

House was recently renovated, new fixtures and furniture. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans and utensils. Host was very responsive to messages and email. Location is convenient to Allegheny national Forest, state parks and Warren has most anything needed. Nice place to stay, not overly fancy and furnished on a budget, but a good experience overall.
