Our luxury penthouse apartment, “Sea Point,” awaits you on a picturesque headland in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, with a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea.
Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, our spacious apartment—with 115 square meters of living space—accommodates up to 5 people and is conveniently accessible by elevator. The exclusive, modern furnishings have been carefully selected and harmoniously coordinated down to the smallest detail.
Relax in comfortable armchairs, enjoy meals in the cozy dining area, or whip up culinary delights in the open, professional-grade kitchen. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea, Schleimünde, Olpenitz Beach, and the harbor.
Both bedrooms feature high-quality, hotel-grade box-spring beds, a variety of pillows, and hypoallergenic bedding. In the living area, a comfortable récamière with a box-spring mattress and topper ensures a restful night’s sleep. Modern pleated blinds allow for complete blackout of the living and sleeping areas. Both bedrooms are equipped with fly screens.
The bathroom, with a view of the sea, features a spacious floor-to-ceiling shower, a vanity with a base cabinet, a spacious mirror cabinet, a toilet, privacy pleated blinds, a washing machine, a towel radiator, and elegant Jura marble tiles. The underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth.
