About this house rental
The “Haus am Meer,” which can accommodate up to six guests, spans two floors and was newly built in June 2015. Enjoy the vastness of the Baltic Sea and take in views of both the Schlei estuary and all the way to Denmark. That’s what a seaside getaway is all about.
For even more “seaside” fun, a beautifully landscaped private beach about 300 meters away invites guests of all ages to relax or go for a swim. The ground-floor entrance is easily accessible from the parking space via a staircase. There, guests will find an open living and dining area with a cozy sitting nook, a wood-burning stove, and a flat-screen TV. The furnishings, like the rooms themselves, are decorated in light, subtly nuanced colors, so you’ll feel right at home in this house. Underfloor heating provides additional cozy warmth, especially on chilly days.
From the dining table, you have an unparalleled view of the open sea in all its diverse splendor. You can even watch sailboats passing by while enjoying breakfast. Pure relaxation is guaranteed! Floor-to-ceiling windows lead out to the beautiful terrace, which is furnished with high-quality furniture. Adjacent to the terrace is a fully equipped, modern, open-concept kitchen that’s perfect for cooking for small or large groups. In addition, the lower level features a guest restroom and an utility room with a washing machine.
The two cozy bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are accessible via a bright staircase. The master bedroom, with its double bed, large balcony, and beach chair, is the ideal place to relax and daydream. Wake up in the morning and enjoy your first cup of coffee with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. The second bedroom has two single beds and an additional TV.Both rooms have large closets to store your travel wardrobe.
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and a Finnish sauna, also has access to the balcony, just like the master bedroom. You can even enjoy the wonderful ocean view from the sauna.
