The house is located in a quiet residential area in Plate, near the Stör River. Plate offers good amenities, including cafés, restaurants, shopping, and medical care—convenient if you appreciate being close to everything on vacation but still want a relaxing stay.
The surroundings invite you to leave everyday life behind and explore the region at your own pace, whether on walks or day trips to nearby areas.
House on the Stör Canal:
This comfortable vacation home offers plenty of privacy thanks to its private entrance and a clear, family-friendly floor plan. A nice bonus is the private, furnished terrace (approx. 30 m²)—perfect for breakfast outdoors or a relaxing evening by the grill.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen-living room where you can easily prepare your own meals; an optional extra bed can also be added here if needed. Several sleeping options are available for a good night’s rest: a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom/children’s room with a pull-out double bed (max. width approx. 1.60 m), and a study with a single bed—ideal if you’re traveling with children or prefer separate sleeping areas.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, and a guest restroom is also available. A hallway with a storage closet provides additional storage space. Wi-Fi is included, as are two TVs, toys, books, and games—perfect for relaxing at home. A grill is also available.
Heating is provided by a fireplace only.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
