Welcome to the “Seensucht-Schwerin” vacation rental. You’ll be staying in a modern ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house, located right on the shore of Lake Schwerin (without direct lake access or swimming facilities) within a newly built vacation home complex. From the living-dining area with its integrated, fully equipped kitchen, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the garden, the adjacent wild meadow, and the sparkling lake.
The two separate bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm with separate mattresses) and two single beds (each 90x200 cm), ensuring a peaceful and comfortable night’s sleep for four people. Both bedrooms feature extra-large bedding (155x220 cm), TVs, and clock radios, and offer ample storage space for your luggage. The high-quality tiled bathroom features both a bathtub and an open, walk-in rain shower. A special highlight is the infrared seat for relaxation.
On the spacious corner terrace, complete with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a beach shelter, you can enjoy the garden and the lake view, or experience a hot steam session in the sauna cabin reserved exclusively for you. Don’t want to use the sauna during your stay? Then ask your host about possible discounts. A ping-pong table is available for some outdoor fun.
And if you need to work, the vacation rental also offers a small desk.
