About this house rental
Great open floor plan, remodeled sustainable, energy smart historic house in walkable arts district, just across the street from lovely Sparrow Park with playground and walking paths!
The space
Beautiful retro furniture, original local art work, comfy memory foam beds, big smart TVs in every room, super fast mesh gigabit fiber WiFi, cooking and eat in kitchen, socializing fun living room couches with lots of games and reading material, and awesome big front porch with swing! Very homey home away from home!
Guest access
There is a laundry room and supply room at the back of the house that is set up for cleaning the spaces on the property. Please feel free to ask if you’d like to schedule running some laundry! The driveway is shared with the other guests and cleaner, and available to load and unload your stuff or people as much as you like. And a shared fenced in back yard is accessible via the driveway as well, great for the pups and meeting other guests :)

Easy to navigate and open space. If there is anything you need, just ask!

Property was spacious with lots of interior lighting. In walking distance to two parks, great food, and art district.
