The guest is obliged to leave the apartment tidy and clean after his stay.
Smoking ban:
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the apartment (including staircase and elevator). A violation will result in a fine of 500 CHF.
Pets:
Pets are generally prohibited in the entire apartment. A violation will result in a fine of 500 CHF.
Use of the apartment:
If the guest wants to use the apartment for video recordings or other (sexual) activities, which are connected with a fee, he is obliged to inform the host. Failure to notify the host will result in a fine of 1000 CHF.
Laundry room:
The laundry room in the basement can be used free of charge with the laundry card daily
daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Parking spaces:
Parking is possible in the cost obligatory parking lots and in the parking garage outside the old town.
