1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules below.
2. Guests must be 21+ years of age to make a reservation.
3. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
4. Guests are typically not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.
5. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including in private balconies and shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 1000 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. THIS IS A SMOKE FREE COMPLEX. If you want to smoke it must be 15 feet from the building.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
7.If you are planning to bring a pet: the pet fee must be paid upon booking the reservation. Failure to do so will result in a $200 pet fee charge.
8. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
9. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels.
10. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
12. Please double-check your belongings before checking out. Any items left behind in the unit may be discarded by our cleaning team, as we cannot guarantee their storage or return.

Arrival was fine although the key fob to get into the doors for the building was in the unit and the instructions for these doors were not provided in the arrival instructions. The host did send instructions for arrival however the code that was given seem to only work for the gate to the parking lot so I had to wait for someone to open the door building to enter. The unit was clean and pictures were accurate. The basic amenities were there however, were lacking. I was in Nashville on an extended stay 3 weeks and didn't expect to have it stocked for my entire stay but, there was 1/4 roll of paper towels, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no dish detergent. The kitchen had the basics, but there was only 2 small fry pans and one tiny sauce pan so no ability to cook in the unit. The unit also did not have an iron although, there is an ironing board. The host was responsive and did indicate that there were basics in the unit. She also was very accommodating allowing me to extend my stay an extra day. I am not sure this is a legal rental as it is in an apartment complex and there were explicit instructions not to contact the Leasing Office just an observation and I may be wrong. I did not have an issue with anyone during my stay but there were signs posted all around about illegal parking and that your car would be towed unless registered.

We loved the decor, the quiet neighborhood and the quiet neighbors. The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. This was a nice respite for us. I recommend this property if you don’t want to be right downtown. It was a 10-15 minute drive downtown and traffic was not too bad.

Pros: nice location..very secure area…nice appliances..clean upon arrival..communication with host was excellent..very quiet and peaceful at night..nice and clean fitness area.Cons: Our son had to go one night without any bed linens or pillows because only one set of linens was provided…we had many texts between us and the host and it finally got solved after WE called housekeeping ..there is not a fireplace in the living area as stated in the description..I don’t consider blow up air mattresses beds (there is only one queen bed in the apartment). There was no soap in the shower/bath tub…we were given four bath towels for 3 people staying 3 nights..
