Pet fee is $200 per pet and we do accept pets with prior approval. Please note if you’re interested in bringing your pet in the initial message.
The property is dog friendly, yet we do have a two-dog maximum. If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places to let Fido join you.
You MUST receive prior approval for pets, otherwise you will be charged a $300 penalty.

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and private backyard, perfect for families with kids. Self-check-in for your convenience. You will receive check-in information prior to arrival.
EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECKOUT
We understand that large groups often have flexible travel schedules. While our standard check-in time is 5:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM, we can often accommodate earlier check-ins or later check-outs for a small fee. Please inquire about availability and fees when booking

Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, and bathroom trash liners.
+ DISCLAIMER: Exterior Video Surveillance cameras are located at the front of the house and and another Ring camera at the driveway and side of the house which records to make sure the house is protected. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and monitor occupancy and other policies per guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited. Any tampering with or covering of the cameras or internet in any way will result in immediate eviction with no refund

The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the townhome. +A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.
Additionally, if there are any parties or damages, a fee of $500 will be charged.
Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 11 PM - 7 AM.
Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
Lock the door each time you leave home.
If you use the washer/Dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.
Parties and large gatherings are PROHIBITED.

What a fantastic place to stay at in Nashville. We stay at a Tennessee Vrbo yearly and would 100% stay here again without a doubt. Ann, our host, was fantastic to work with and spot on with communication for every step of our stay from check in to take out places to order from. The home was spotless and better than described on the website. We felt extremely safe and the neighbors were very friendly. Access to everything Nashville has to offer is literally a few minute drive or uber away but yet when you are inside the rental home it is very quiet. Our daughter enjoyed playing with the air hockey/pool/fooseball table. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal when we needed a chill day in with our family. The home is especially spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here.

The property owner is very responsive. The house is very nice. It was nice to have a garage. The neighborhood was not as good as we had hoped but was o.k. The house is near a hospital so there were sirens in the night, but wasn't terrible. Also we had more traffic noise than expected, but again wasn't terrible.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the house. The house was not in the best neighborhood. When we left a homeless person was sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the house.
