You will have private access to the entire right side of this duplex home. Your space is completely separate and private.
• Entrance: Access the home via a private entrance. Please note there are 3 stairs to enter the property.
• Parking: One dedicated parking space is available for you on the right side of the gravel driveway. The left side is reserved for guests of the other unit.

Property Type: This home is the right side of a duplex. Please be mindful of the neighbors in the adjoining unit.
• Long-Term Stays: For any booking of 30 nights or more, guests will be required to sign a standard lease agreement per local regulations. This will be sent after your reservation is confirmed.
• Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 72 hours of arrival, please note that our standard check-in time is 7 PM. We may be able to accommodate an earlier 4 PM check-in, so please contact us as soon as possible with your request.
• Security: For your safety and peace of mind, the property is monitored by Ring floodlight cameras on the exterior.
• Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials like shampoo, soap, and toilet paper to get you settled in. Please note these are not intended to last your entire stay but to ensure you have what you need upon arrival.

The best part of the property was how close it was to downtown. The one thing we did not like was that it was only one bathroom. The listing made it seem like it was two.
