About this house rental
Welcome to our peaceful, modern, brand new home built in 2023! Sleeps 9!! Great for family gatherings. Easy access to freeway for coming from the airport, and close to wonderful downtown Caldwell boasting of phenomenal restaurants, and family events in the centra square. 30 minutes to Downtown Boise, with the calm neighborhood to return to for work, rest, or being with your loved ones. This home boasts gorgeous quartz countertops, open floor plan with lots of light, and a room specialized for kids with a trundle bed and full size bed to accomodates 3 kids! This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with queen beds in 3 of the bedrooms. This one is frequently booked! Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The kids room has been converted from an office so there isn't a door, but it is offset from rest of house so you can still have adult time while they sleep.
There is some construction being done on some of the roads that lead to the highway so some traffic.

This home was a great fit for our 3 Young Adult kids, my Husband, myself and my Dad. The AC worked wonderfully, the home was open and clean. When we first got there the codes would not work however we reached out to our host and they updated us quickly to the changed codes. The Hot Tub was a great addition to our stay the connivence of the location of this home was wonderful as it allowed us to visit Family in nearby Star as well as to visit other close by cities. It was fun to watch small planes several miles away we even were able to watch skydivers! The only downfall we found was the one bedroom did not have a door however it was not that big of a deal and we were able to make it work!All in all it was a great stay with great hosts!

Easy to find. We were in Caldwell for a sporting event and needed an easy access place to stay. The provided coffee was a bonus. If fit out needs well.
