The Ranch House at Valli Hi Angus provides an unparalleled Southwestern Idaho experience located 10 minutes from Caldwell and just 30 minutes from the Boise Airport. This luxurious country home sits on the edge of Deer Flat Wildlife Refuge, overlooks the beautiful Lake Lowell and Treasure Valley, framed by acres of picturesque farmland and surrounded by the nearby scenic Snake River Canyon Scenic Byway. The beautiful country setting is located on a working black angus ranch in the heart of the Snake River Valley AVA, and Sunnyslope Wine Trial which features 15 wineries and vineyards, award-winning wines and unique dining experiences and tasting rooms.
With almost 6,000 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two family rooms, a large dining room, pool room and heated outdoor pool, The Ranch can comfortably accommodate groups up to 12. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and play games, watch movies or just relax inside or outside after a long day enjoying Destination Caldwell. Maximum number of cars/vehicles is six.
The Ranch House makes it easy to enjoy the amazing Idaho summers with a large heated outdoor pool, lots of lounging poolside and loads of incredible outdoor seating, all situated in a fabulous country setting. POOL IS ONLY OPEN JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER (weather dependent), has an automatic pool cover and is not fenced in.
Valli-Hi Angus Ranch Meat Store is available for guests to enjoy local, ranch-raised Black Angus beef and lamb meat too, if in stock. If you are interested, we encourage you to pre-order on-line or call in-advance of your arrival as the demand for local Valli-Hi beef and lamb meat is extremely high. We had a wonderful family vacation at the Ranch House. Kelli was helpful and attentive, but not intrusive. The pool and pickleball court were family favorites. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and we loved the long dining room table. The property was gorgeous. We even bought steaks from the meat store for our 4th of July celebration, and they were wonderful. We hope to stay again sometime!

We had an incredible stay at this home! There were nine people in our group, and the house was so spacious that we never felt crowded. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy their own space. The beautiful, oversized dining table was perfect for gathering together for meals and spending quality time as a family.The backyard was absolutely amazing! The pool was huge, sparkling clean, and the kids had an absolute blast using the diving board. The home itself was spotless when we arrived, and the hosts were wonderful to work with. They were friendly, responsive, and made communication easy throughout our stay.The location couldn't have been more beautiful. The views of the mountains and the lake were breathtaking, and the sunsets each evening were unforgettable. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise.This home is perfect for both large families and families with young children. There were plenty of games and activities to keep everyone entertained, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation.We will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you to the hosts for sharing such a beautiful property and for making our stay so enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!
