The cleanliness and communication could not be better. I am extremely satisfied with both points. The security was also very good. The location is another issue. The slightest auto noises were indoors with you. It is as if insulation was an afterthought. I liked the proximity to the harbor, for personal activities, and the pictures alluded to the unit having a harbor balcony. I was disappointed. The kitchen could be much better equipped with a large pot, large spoons, and a simple colander. Appliances were all excellent. The lack of access to a closet in the master bedroom is disturbing. Staying several days creates a need to hang a few items, and I prefer my clothing items in my closet, not the children. The locks were tacky. Noise from upstairs activity readily came through below. Additionally, the jet engine noise from HVAC system was appalling. I do not believe this location commanded the price I paid, and never will again. I will be more thorough in my research. Thank you for your time and attention.
