About this house rental
Completely decorated in Nov 2023 with all new bedding. This large 4/5 bedroom home ( the 5th bedroom/office space has a pull down Murphy bed to accommodate an extra 2 guests ). The oversize pool and screened in deck will be a family favorite. This space is completely private as the home backs on to conservation to the side and rear, and not overlooked at all. The pool can be heated in the cooler months with the in-ground having the benefit of gas heating. Ample patio furniture with a large table seating 6 which is under the covered lanai.
There are 4 full bathrooms a fully equipped luxury kitchen with high end appliances. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All linens, towels, and pool towels are supplied. TV's in every bedroom. There are. 2 living room areas and kitchen nook with a table and 4 chars, with a further 4 counter height stools at the kitchen counter. All floors are tiled, therefore pets are allowed at the property subject to a $200 pet fee

This house was amazing!! So much space and the pool/hot tub was the best feature!! The game area was awesome as well. Host was responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again.

This house was the perfect home away from home. Location was great as my husband golfed at the White Heron every other day which was a 2 minute drive. The furniture inside and out was so beautiful and the pool, hot tub and outdoor tv is definitely a hit. People in this sub division are so friendly as well. Dee and Steve who manage the house well there are not enough words to describe how wonderful they were. I would strongly recommend this house.

We loved the house and the great neighborhood. We walked every day and it had lots of privacy around the pool. What a wonderful week !
