The Sunflower Cottage is located in central San Marcos. The cottage is located on the second floor. It has its own washing machine and clothes dryer. Amenities are within a 5 to 15 minute walk: grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Although located within downtown, the 1 acre setting is private. The cottage has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and two big large couches.
The Sunflower Cottage provides a private and spacious stay in the heart of downtown San Marcos. The full-sized kitchen is well stocked and will provide guests with the opportunity to cook meals during their stay. At the same time, the Sunflower Cottage is located within walking distance to many excellent restaurants in downtown San Marcos. The cottage is a warm and cozy space intended for guests only; if you would like to have other guests over, please notify the host with this information.
You will have access to the pool and hot tub, both located in a screened-in natatorium. Although this pool is shared amongst all that stay on this property, only cottage guests will have access to the pool; we ask that no outside visitors have use of the pool.
