This fully renovated house is walking distance to wonderful, eclectic downtown San Marcos, grocery, shopping, restaurants, bars, and the spring-fed San Marcos River- for swimming and tubing.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen, inside laundry, hardwood and tile floors, and front and back covered porches to watch the deer (they like snacks :)
Sleeps up to 6: comfortable queen bed, pull-out full sized sofa bed, and 2 single sized futon beds. Wi-fi, BBQ, & TV. All linens, pillows, towels, dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment included.
