Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It took us almost 2hrs to gain entry to the house. A vacasa employee arrived and subsequently called maintenance. Both the e-lock snd the lockbox were inoperative. The maint. guy cut the lock box with bolt cutter and then drilled out the box to retrieve the key. Otherwise the house was fine.
