About this apartment rental
Centrally located yet quiet in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Baabe, the HITTHIM vacation home complex offers a relaxing way to enjoy your vacation surrounded by pine forests and plenty of sandy beaches. Nearby, you’ll find various restaurants, shopping options, and small souvenir shops along the famous beach promenade. The white Baltic Sea beach at Baabe is just a few minutes’ walk away. The “Rasender Roland” train station (a narrow-gauge railway with a steam locomotive), as well as a bus stop and a bike rental shop, are all within easy walking distance.
There are 4 vacation homes on a 1,100 m² fully fenced property, which is available for use by all guests of the complex. These homes house a total of 7 apartments. The cozy vacation apartments can accommodate 4 people, and one apartment can even accommodate 6. The property is located in a pine forest with plenty of beach sand. Pure nature! To preserve the natural character of the property, we avoided paving the walkways as much as possible. Each apartment has its own terrace with patio furniture and a charcoal grill. A covered bike rack is available for bicycles. There, you can charge your e-bike for free. We provide one free parking space for each vacation apartment. These are located directly in front of the property. There is also the option to charge your electric car at an e-charging station for a fee. The corresponding parking space is to be used exclusively during the charging process. In addition, we provide free Wi-Fi (maximum speed available in Baabe).

Pets are allowed for a fee (€10/night & pet cleaning fee of €25/booking), but with the following restrictions:
• max. 1 pet per vacation rental
• House-trained and well-behaved (pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or in beds)
• Child-friendly
• Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the entire property
• Dogs are not permitted to relieve themselves on the resort’s property
• Dog owners are required to immediately clean up after their dogs themselves

Gellen Vacation Rental - HITTHIM:
The Gellen vacation rental at the HITTHIM resort accommodates up to 4 people.
With 35 m² of space, you can enjoy an unforgettable vacation here—as a couple, with family, or with friends—surrounded by Rügen’s most beautiful natural scenery.
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a small stovetop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave. A small dining area rounds out the amenities. The sleeping area features 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
The cozy living area features a sofa set, a TV, and a radio. Additionally, 2 more people can spend the night here on the sofa bed.
All rooms have exterior blinds, which provide additional privacy. The sunny terrace, accessible from the living area, is furnished with patio furniture and a charcoal grill. A free parking space for each apartment is located directly in front of the property. We also provide a parking space for an electric car, which may only be used for a fee while the vehicle is charging. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge to all guests at the property (Wi-Fi speed subject to local conditions in Baabe).
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
