About this house rental
Located in Collioure in a very quiet cul-de-sac 15min walk from the beaches and all amenities, come and discover this T4 type house of 100 m2 fully equipped with two terraces and a very sunny garden.
The accommodations are equipped with air conditioning in all rooms as well as Wifi.
The house has 3 bedrooms, on 3 different levels for a maximum of 6 people.
The accommodations are composed of:
A living room with fully equipped kitchen, sofa, TV.
A veranda overlooking the terrace where you can eat if the weather does not allow you to do so on the terrace.
Bedroom 1: Equipped with a 160 cm bed, 1 baby cot and a great view of the sea and vineyards.
Bedroom 2: Equipped with a 160 cm bed.
Bedroom 3: Equipped with a 160 cm bed, a shower and a sink.
A bathroom with a large shower, toilet and washing machine.
A second separate toilet with sink.
A large terrace bathed in sunshine all day long with a view of the sea, the tip of the famous bell tower of Collioure, the Albères, the Fort Saint Elme and the Madeloc tower.
The main sites of Collioure will be visible from your terrace, all without vis-à-vis.
You will enjoy a large table, garden furniture and sun loungers.
A second terrace, in a small inner courtyard on the other side of the house, will allow you to find a little coolness on the hottest days.
The house has a private and covered parking space, particularly practical and sought after in Collioure.
A parking lot with about ten spaces 10m from the house, reserved for the inhabitants of the cul-de-sac, will allow you to park additional vehicles.
There is also a garage allowing you to store bicycles and beach accessories.
Put down your car and enjoy all the pleasures of this pleasant village on foot.

Our stay was perfect. The house was well equipped and nicely designer. Extra plus for the fantastic terrace and the view of the mountains, the village and the sea. Only a 15 minute walk down to central Collioure. Can strongly recommend renting!

Great space for a family. Quiet neighborhood. Well furnished. Great beds. Clean. Awesome deck to have meals and view the countryside and the sea. Easy walk to the city center and beaches.
