About this villa rental
We offer the rental of our detached villa of 100m² on two levels, located in Collioure, in a quiet and pleasant environment, with sea view.
The house has a garden with a terrace. It is part of a residence with a communal swimming pool, the entrance to which is managed by badge provided when the keys are handed over.
The villa is composed as follows:
- a large living room, including 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, a fully equipped open kitchen (large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, hood), Nespresso coffee machine, toaster.
The decoration is neat, we appreciate art (paintings, lamps, knick-knacks)
The house has a wifi connection (Orange fiber box) to which the television (Chromcast) is connected as well as a stereo.
On this level, this very bright room accesses a large terrace (35m²) with side sea view on which we place a large teak table in summer. This terrace goes around the house, a side staircase allows you to go down to the garden which it overlooks. A large parasol is at your disposal on this terrace as well as a large 3-burner gas barbecue ensuring you good moments of conviviality.
- The three bedrooms are located on the garden level under the living room, thus keeping a maximum of freshness in summer. Each bedroom opens onto a 20m² terrace overlooking the garden through a glass door with an external shutter, as well as a mosquito net allowing peaceful nights without pests!
The first two bedrooms communicate through a shower room / sink / towel dryer that they share. Recent 140 cm bedding of good quality (mattress, pillows, duvets)
A master suite consisting of the third bedroom and a bathroom/ shower / double sink/ fan heater with towel dryer.
Lots of storage space in large cupboards/ sliding doors in the 3 bedrooms and the corridor they distribute.
Provision of an ironing board and a steam generator.
A Miele canister vacuum cleaner.
A baby cot folding toilet as well as a changing mat.
- A large garage with door with remote control.
There is a washing machine, as well as a dryer.
A cordless vacuum cleaner and a cordless vacuum cleaner.
Please note that the two-storey house (stairs) is not suitable for People with Reduced Mobility
The house is about a 15-minute walk from the city center (stairs), the beaches and the train station, allowing you to fully enjoy the charm of Collioure (voted Most Beautiful Village in France 2024) of its alleys, its crafts, its rich cultural life WITHOUT the constraint of parking!
