The home's bedrooms are equally elegant, all adorned with soft linens, tasteful furnishings, and central air-conditioning. If you are working remotely during your stay, be sure to utilize the office desk and chair.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests have access to the entire house, garage, hot tub, and property. The house has an attached casita which is the housekeeping quarters. That casita does not have access to the main house, backyard, or hot tub. There is an RV parked there that is occasionally occupied by the homeowner, but it is not connected to the backyard or home. Guests will have full privacy in the fenced backyard.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Security camera details: There is a Ring doorbell camera at the home. There are no cameras inside the home or facing towards the home.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
