You'll be staying in a newly renovated South Padre Island condo on the 11th and 12th floor of this popular resort building. Downstairs, at entry level, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a beach closet with a variety of accessories, multiple balconies, and a large outdoor sundeck. Upstairs is a spacious living & dining area, the kitchen, and a wraparound balcony.
The spacious living area provides 12th floor panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico through ceiling-to-floor windows and opens out to your own wraparound balcony! A half bath upstairs is ideal for daytime living or for guests using the large sectional (not a sofa sleeper) for overnight accommodations. You may choose to dine-out every night however the kitchen is fully equipped for those gourmet island meals. A full-size washer and dryer in-unit also add convenience to make this the perfect place for your South Padre Island family getaway!
Sunchase IV is a gated resort with beautiful grounds, private beach access with sand showers, two pools and hot tubs, two children's pools, outdoor grills, tennis courts, racquetball courts, a 2nd floor library, a fitness center, and a 7th floor communal sundeck. The walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds to the private beach access is relaxing and, within walking distance, you�ll find South Padre Island restaurants, shops, and nightlife as well!

We love the location we've stayed in this area a few times. Short walk to area and will be back. Again sometime in the near future
"Parking not so much"
The thing i disliked the most is the safety of our vehicle. No security cameras in front parking lot
Hoa was no help at all.
