About this house rental
New for the 2024/2025 season! Gorgeous Gulf-view home only steps from the beach, with the sugar white sands, rolling surf and breathtaking sunsets that 30A is known for. This wonderful vacation home is perfect for a family vacation or a couple’s romantic getaway. The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an under-the-counter ice maker, and a water view from the kitchen. There are porches/balconies with seating on all three levels, so you have a view no matter where you are. For the vacationer's comfort, all linens and towels are provided and there is an outdoor shower to rinse off before coming inside from the beach.
The first level has two bedrooms. To your left as you enter the front door, you’ll find a king size bed, a flat screen TV and a full en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. To your right is the second bedroom, which has a queen size bed and an attached full bath with a walk-in shower. This bathroom has a door to the hallway as well. The full-size washer and dryer are also located on the bottom level.
The second level is home to a full kitchen, dining area and a comfortable living room with a 65-inch TV and custom sound bar. There is also a half bath for your convenience. Off the living room is a covered balcony with comfortable seating and great views.
The third level master suite boasts both a king size bed and a full size murphy bed, with a divider for privacy. This suite also has a flat screen TV and a full custom bathroom with a walk in shower. When you open the exterior door, you will be blown away by the awesome views from the third floor balcony. This porch is partially covered, so you have the opportunity to relax in the shade OR get some sun, all while enjoying the gentle breeze from the Gulf of Mexico. This is also a prime spot to catch a phenomenal sunset view.
Restaurants, shopping, and the beach are all nearby. Come stay and see what 30A has to offer!

This was our second time to stay here. Its perfect for our family. It has everything we need and is walking distance to the beach. We will definitely be staying here everytime we come to Florida if its available.

We absolutely loved our stay! The artwork throughout the home was unique, bright and colorful, and each bedroom was tastefully decorated with a fun, beachy vibe that made it feel warm and welcoming. The kitchen and living room were spacious and perfect for relaxing, and we especially enjoyed the big, bright orange couch, it was a great spot to gather and unwind.The location was truly "water water everywhere", with water on both sides with a peaceful lake on one side and the ocean on the other. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and well-kept.One thing to note: the closest beach entrance, just across the way, required us to wade through waist-deep bay water to reach the ocean. There was another entrance we could have driven to, but we chose the closer route for convenience. It worked out fine for us, especially with beach chairs on our backs, and actually made for a fun and unique part of the experience.Overall, it was a beautiful, unique spot that we would absolutely visit again. Highly recommend!

We came for first week and I was so impressed with the location and view of the beach! It's not right up in the busyness of Seaside, but not too far either. It worked perfect for our group. Amenities were great too!! 2 washers/dryers, 2 refrigerators, 2 ICE MAKERS. Like it was SO Nice! It's not the fanciest, new build, but it's a perfect "beach" house. We definitely enjoyed it and will consider it if we go back.
