About this house rental
Perfect for Mayo Clinic patients. This home features two main floor bedrooms and a main floor bath. A master bedroom with a second bathroom and guest laundry are available in the lower level. Off street parking for one vehicle is included. This home has a large backyard space and front porch for sipping coffee. We are located within easy walking distance of Mayo Clinic. Additional features include an electric fireplace, two TVs, a fully remodeled kitchen and all of the small details that make it feel like home.

I stayed here while I had several days of appointments at Mayo. Located in a quiet neighborhood and easy walk to Mayo, this was perfect. The home is absolutely charming and has everything you need. Things went seamlessly from check in to check out. Property manager responded promptly to questions and was great to work with when I needed a little extra time to check out. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Lovely property and gracious property manager. Proximity to Mayo Clinic can't be beat. If you are looking for a clean, spacious, sunlight filled home in a quiet neighborhood, you can't go wrong with this historic home. Highly recommend.

lovely home in great neighborhood, quiet neighbors. cousin reunion and when we were out and getting tired, we'd say "lets go home". thats what it felt like!literally, the only thing missing was a box of kleenex!thank you so much for your great communication.
